This Call for Tender is issued for the appointment of a suitably qualified project management company, or a consortium, joint venture or other grouping of economic operators, to provide professional project management services for the development of AOSL’s cold storage, processing and ancillary facilities in Malta. The project is expected to include facilities for the handling, storage, thawing, processing and packaging of baitfish and Atlantic Bluefin Tuna, together with the necessary utilities, infrastructure, support areas and operational systems. AOSL has already appointed an engineering/design team and is developing a project governance and procurement framework. The appointed project manager shall coordinate the project team, monitor progress, manage interfaces, support decision-making, track risks, maintain project controls and ensure that the project progresses in accordance with the approved design, programme, budget, governance structure and procurement process.
